We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack
Engineer to join our DATA SOLUTIONS AND SVCS PLATFORM team. This role is located
in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

* Design, develop, enhance, and support ETL and data integration solutions
across enterprise platforms.
* Build scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver
data from multiple source systems.
* Develop and optimize database solutions leveraging Oracle and/or Snowflake.
* Write, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and Python-based data
processing solutions.
* Partner closely with business stakeholders, data architects, application
teams, and technology partners to translate business requirements into
effective technical solutions.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timeliness across data
workflows and platforms.
* Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, database performance issues, and
production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
* Support data transformation, orchestration,



and automation capabilities
aligned with up-to-date engineering practices.
* Contribute to the establishment and adoption of engineering standards, coding
best practices, documentation, and support procedures.

* Participate in design reviews, release activities, and continuous improvement
initiatives to strengthen platform resiliency and performance.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, ETL development, data
integration, or database development.
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and/or Snowflake.
* Strong Python programming skills with the ability to develop scalable and
maintainable solutions.
