Role Description The Territory Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. This role is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by identifying current business opportunities, managing relationships with retailers and partners, and promoting ReFit Global’s refurbished gadget offerings.



Day-to-day activities include visiting channel partners, presenting product perks, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring consistent product availability and visibility in the market. The Territory Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams to align territory strategies with overall business goals. The role also involves gathering market insights, supporting local marketing initiatives, and providing feedback to strengthen customer trust in refurbished products.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed territory sales targets.
Experience in channel management, distributor or retailer relationship management, and territory planning within consumer electronics or related sectors.
Skills in market research, lead generation, and opportunity identification to expand market reach and customer base.
