Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based in Gandhinagar. The Career Counselor will guide students in identifying suitable academic pathways and international study options aligned with their interests, strengths, and long-term career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student profiles, and recommending appropriate courses, institutions, and destinations. The role involves providing accurate information on admission requirements, visa processes, standardized tests, and documentation, while maintaining up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system. The Career Counselor will collaborate with internal teams, support exam and test-preparation initiatives, conduct group workshops or seminars, and ensure a high standard of ethical, student-centered guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students for Australia, Canada, Recent Zealand, UK, USA, and other study-abroad destinations.
Understand students' academic background, career objectives, financial capacity, English-language scores,



and preferred study destination.
Recommend suitable courses, universities, colleges, and career pathways.
Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, living costs, and career opportunities.
Assess student profiles and identify suitable study-abroad options.
Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, website leads, social media leads, and other channels.
Convert qualified leads into registrations and applications.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Coordinate with application, documentation, visa, and admission teams.
Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the counselling process.
Stay updated on changes in university admission criteria, country policies, visa requirements, scholarships, and immigration regulations.
Achieve assigned monthly counselling, registration, and application targets
