We are looking for a performance-focused digital marketer who can help us strengthen our paid acquisition and organic growth initiatives.

About the Role:
We are hiring a Google Ads Expert with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with lead-generation campaigns, analyzing performance data, managing budgets, and continuously improving campaign results. Knowledge of SEO and organic growth is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
Develop campaigns focused on qualified lead generation.
Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR,



CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, keywords, and targeting.
Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Work closely with the content and creative teams to improve ad performance.
Contribute to SEO and organic growth strategies.

Requirements:
1–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC.
Strong understanding of Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
Positive knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Experience running lead-generation campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
