This role involves overseeing and managing the secured credit portfolio in Kurnool, ensuring adherence to credit policies, risk assessment, and effective loan disbursement and recovery.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the entire secured credit lifecycle, including origination, appraisal, sanctioning, and monitoring for retail and SME clients.
Conduct thorough financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on loan applications, specifically for secured products (e.g., mortgages, loans against property).
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal requirements.
Develop and implement effective strategies for credit risk mitigation and portfolio management.
Lead and mentor a team of credit officers, providing guidance and training on credit assessment and underwriting processes.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and initiate corrective actions to minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).
Collaborate with sales teams to understand business requirements and provide suitable credit solutions.




Prepare and present credit reports and analyses to senior management.
Handle customer queries and grievances related to secured credit products.
Stay updated with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the secured lending landscape.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA) is a plus.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in credit management, with a strong focus on secured lending products.
Proven track record of managing a significant secured credit portfolio.
In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, credit appraisal techniques, and risk management principles.
