Position Summary:
The Product Manager is passionate about conceptualizing, nurturing new ideas and developing them into new solutions. Experience of driving multi-skilled teams capable of rapid prototyping of new ideas and scale them to commercial solutions.

Responsibilities:
Primary -
Product Management ownership for all Sarvatra payments products and services
Manage product profitability maximizing revenue from the existing product
Building the product roadmap defining short, medium and long-term objectives for the evolution of all products
Building and driving GTM activities in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Management.
Competition analysis and R&D; for recent use case, product development
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.




Manage the scoping and development of enhancements to existing products
Lead pre-sales function for the respective products.
Consult Strategic Accounts, support sales in scoping and delivery for custom client requirements.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Spot opportunities in the market, along with the sales team, to target banks and financial institutions and sell suitable product offering to them
Secondary -
Hands on experience on Indian Payments landscape
Solid understanding of the digital payments market and regulatory environment
Interaction with key customers to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message
