Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional / Area Sales Manager to build sales teams, develop sales plan, and execute sales strategies according to the company’s expansion plan In Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and motivate the regional sales team.
Develop and execute sales strategies for new cities, territories, and markets.
Lead new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks across the assigned region.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and business partners.
Drive sales growth, distribution, and market penetration across Delhi & Gurgaon.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts,



and other channel partners.
Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance against objectives.

Requirements
5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food, beverages, packaged foods, or related categories.
Proven experience in regional sales management.
Strong experience in distributor/dealer network development and management.
Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement.
Strong understanding of General Trade and/or Modern Trade.
Good knowledge of the Delhi & Gurgaon market and established market contacts will be an advantage.
Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for business growth.
