Role Description The Manager – Channel Partner Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, including brokers and agencies, to drive sales of the company’s projects. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing channel sales plans, conducting regular partner meetings, providing project and pricing updates, and ensuring partners have the necessary marketing materials and training. The role involves monitoring sales performance,



resolving partner and customer queries, coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams, and preparing periodic sales and pipeline reports. The Manager will also support site visits, customer negotiations through partners, and participate in promotional events and campaigns to strengthen the channel network.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Channel Sales and Channel Partners management skills, with experience in building and nurturing a partner network.
Candidates should have proven Sales and Sales Management skills, including target achievement, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, provide clear information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
