Job Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and leading the sales operations within the assigned region. The role involves managing and mentoring the regional sales team, developing channel partners, executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. The Regional Sales Manager plays a key role in strengthening Vatech India's market position while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
- Identify recent business opportunities, market segments, and growth areas.
- Prepare regional sales forecasts and business plans.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor Business Development Managers and Sales Executives within the region.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance,



and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Conduct performance reviews, field visits, and sales coaching sessions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
Channel & Key Account Management
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Expand and manage the regional dealer network.
- Handle strategic and high-value customer accounts.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure long-term business relationships.
Market Development & Competitive Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased market share.
- Recommend pricing, promotional strategies, and business initiatives based on market insights.
- Ensure effective execution of product launches and regional marketing campaigns.
