Fitzee is hiring: Performance Marketer

We’re building Fitzee into the fitness habit people actually stick to.
Now we need someone who can help us bring more of the right people in.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who understands that getting an install is easy — getting a user to subscribe, stay and come back is the real game.

What you’ll own at Fitzee:

Run and scale campaigns across Meta & Google
Drive app installs, trials and paid subscriptions
Manage budgets and make sure every ₹ spent has a purpose
Track CAC, CPI, ROAS, conversion & retention
Test audiences, creatives, offers and messaging
Work closely with the creative team to build ads that actually convert




Find winning campaigns and scale them without losing efficiency
Turn campaign data into explicit actions, not just reports

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who is hands-on, curious and obsessed with performance.
You should be comfortable opening Ads Manager every morning, spotting what changed, figuring out why, and doing something about it.

Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Delhi NCR
Industry experience: Fitness / D2C / App / Subscription is a plus
