Job Description

As an HR Intern at Launched Global, you will support the Human Resources team in daily operations and assist in implementing effective HR practices. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and practical learning in a skilled environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with applicants.

Maintain and update employee databases, HR records, and documentation.

Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, coordinating induction programs, and collecting employee documents.

Handle daily attendance tracking,



leave management, and internal communications.

Participate in employee engagement activities, events, and team initiatives.

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks and requirements.

Assist in drafting HR-related notices, emails, and reports.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive work attitude at all times.

Completed or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
