Role Description The VDC Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for supporting Virtual Design and Construction workflows for engineering and construction projects. This role involves coordinating BIM models,



reviewing drawings and digital project documentation, and ensuring alignment between design teams, project managers, and site teams. The VDC Coordinator will assist in setting up and maintaining model standards, managing model versions, and preparing visualizations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and CAD/BIM technicians to resolve model conflicts, support clash detection processes, and maintain accurate project records. The role also includes documenting VDC processes, contributing to continuous improvement of digital workflows, and adhering to company and client standards for quality and data integrity.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency with BIM/VDC tools, Autodesk Forma and workflows (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related coordination software).
