Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role located in Mumbai for a Senior Executive - Business Operations specializing in Supply Chain within the E-commerce sector. The role involves overseeing demand planning, production planning, and supply chain processes to ensure seamless operational flow. The selected candidate will analyze business operations, develop strategies to optimize performance, and collaborate with various teams for effective communication and execution of objectives. Additionally, the candidate will support operational efficiencies and maintain high service standards in alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:




- Own end-to-end business operations for e-commerce and quick commerce channels across assigned verticals, with complete responsibility for building and scaling the supply chain.
- Drive selection planning, daily operations, product availability, and expansion across online platforms.
- Grow online channels by improving fill rates, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and strengthening inventory management and demand planning.
- Leverage data extensively to identify gaps, drive operational improvements, and enable scalable growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across functions.
