Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and growing relationships with prospective and existing plot buyers and builder partners. This role includes guiding customers through the property discovery process, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable options, and supporting them through site visits, negotiations, and closure of deals.



The Senior Relationship Manager will coordinate with the offline sales team, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide feedback to internal stakeholders on customer preferences and market trends. The role also involves meeting sales targets, conducting market outreach, representing The Residentially in client meetings and events, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience that reflects the company’s values.
Qualifications

Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in lead conversion, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting property options and explaining technical details clearly.
