About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TDS and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee payment records.
Record and reconcile payment entries and expense transactions.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returns accurately and on time.
Assist in ESIC and EPF compliance and related filings.
Support in company and tax audit work.




Maintain accounting records and reports in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
Technical Knowledge & Skills:

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Mandatory
ESIC, EPF, Payroll Management Preferred
Zoho Books Experience Preferred
Company and Tax Audit Exposure Preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
