About the Role
Dot Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Client Servicing & Influencer Marketing Executive to manage clients and execute impactful influencer-led campaigns. This role requires robust coordination skills, client handling experience, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand clients
Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and target audience
Manage day-to-day communication and ensure high client satisfaction
Present ideas, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients
Coordinate influencer deliverables, timelines, and expectations
Negotiate commercials and manage influencer agreements




Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for brands
Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, operations)
Handle multiple brand campaigns simultaneously with efficiency
Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.)
Share detailed reports and insights with brand clients

Requirements
2+ years of experience in client servicing and influencer marketing
Prior experience working with brand clients in an influencer marketing agency is mandatory
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer ecosystem
Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
