Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a solid sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings; presenting Bhave Technologies’ software and digital marketing services; and managing relationships from initial contact through deal closure.



The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth handover to account management and delivery teams. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, reporting on sales activities, and contributing ideas to refine business development strategies.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive long-term value.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including persuasive verbal and written communication.
Relevant experience in IT services, software development, or digital marketing sales is highly beneficial.
