Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow up on enquiries and leads, maintain accurate customer records, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, solid follow-up abilities,



and good knowledge of CRM systems and customer management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up with new and existing customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
Monitor and update the status of all leads and enquiries regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Schedule customer appointments, meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and communication.
Identify potential sales opportunities from existing customers and leads.
Support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
Collect customer feedback and communicate customer requirements to the relevant departments.
