Healthcare should be easier to find, access and navigate.
SwaasthAI, a product of Namita Care Technologies Private Limited, is building a healthcare platform that brings together doctor and hospital discovery, appointment booking, health insurance access and a verified blood donor network. Starting with Odisha, we’re building a connected healthcare ecosystem that helps people find the right support when they need it.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of user support and business development. This is an important, hands-on role—you’ll be directly connecting SwaasthAI with its users, doctors, clinics and hospitals and helping us grow our healthcare network.

Location: Bhubaneswar
Internship: 3 Months
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Mode: Hybrid | 9 AM – 5 PM
Stipend: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000/month
Joining: Immediate

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle user queries through WhatsApp, email and calls
• Assist new users and healthcare partners with onboarding
• Reach out to doctors, clinics and hospitals through cold calls and in-person visits




• Support doctor/hospital partnership onboarding
• Track leads, follow-ups and close outreach loops
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners
• Coordinate internally to resolve onboarding and platform-related issues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating in Odia, Hindi and English
• Confident with cold calls and in-person meetings
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM and basic digital tools
• Proactive, organised and consistent with follow-ups
• Based in or near Bhubaneswar

STIPEND & OBSERVATION PERIOD

₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and performance.

The first 14 days will serve as an unpaid observation period to assess performance, consistency, communication and suitability for the role.
