Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer (L2) with solid experience in Java-based enterprise applications and production support environments. The role involves providing end-to-end application support, incident resolution, release management, monitoring, troubleshooting,



and continuous service improvement for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of development knowledge and support expertise to ensure application stability, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 production support for web-based applications and services.
Resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Perform proactive application monitoring, health checks, and operational support activities.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across multiple technology layers.
Support production deployments, release validations, and post-release monitoring.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams for issue resolution.
