The role involves guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery quality, and identifying recent market opportunities and partnerships. The Owner will also shape company culture, mentor senior staff, and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional technology teams.
Experience in business strategy, operations management,



and decision-making for IT or software development organizations.
Background in web or mobile application development, agile software delivery, or related technology domains.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients and partners.
Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for a growing technology business.
Ability to develop and maintain a customer-centric, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Proven track record in scaling a business, driving revenue growth, or leading a business unit or startup.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
