Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Java, AWS Cloud, up-to-date front-end frameworks, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying,



and supporting enterprise-grade applications while providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to engineering teams. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving complex technical initiatives, production stability, performance optimisation, and cloud transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Application Design & Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications across legacy and cloud-native environments.
Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution definition.
Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Build responsive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
Implement event-driven and distributed systems leveraging Kafka and Amazon MSK.
Develop and support serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and related AWS services.
