Role Description-This is a full time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Lucknow.
The Medical Representative will visit Gynaecologists, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals to promote Baby, mother, kids product range
The role involves scheduling and conducting regular field visits, organizing product presentations, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring effective product visibility in the assigned territory.
The Medical Representative will maintain accurate records of visits, track sales performance, follow up on orders and payments, and share market feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
The position also includes meeting assigned sales targets, participating in training programs, and adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.
The candidate should have a strong professional rapport with Gynaecologists and an established network among doctors in the relevant territory.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry•
Prior experience in the Gynaecology segment preferred•
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills•
Strong doctor-connect and field execution abilities•
Good knowledge of the assigned territory
