Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Associate – Sales, you will help drive the adoption of Afford across our existing Long Tail merchant base. You will work with a large portfolio of GoKwik merchants, identify relevant opportunities, engage them through high-volume outbound conversations, and drive them towards activation and go-live.

What You’ll Own

Build and own the Afford cross-sell pipeline across existing SME and Enterprise merchants live on GoKwik Checkout.
Identify high-potential accounts using GMV, category, checkout conversion, RTO,



and other merchant performance data.
Map stakeholders and engage decision-makers including founders, CXOs, growth, marketing, finance, and operations leaders.
Develop data-led pitches demonstrating the incremental business impact of Afford, including potential AOV uplift, conversion improvement, and RTO reduction.
Drive high-velocity outreach and shorter sales cycles across SME accounts while managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for Enterprise accounts.
Own sales conversations end-to-end, from discovery and pitching through objection handling, commercial negotiation, and closure.
Coordinate with Onboarding and Integration teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed deal to go-live.
Maintain solid CRM hygiene across pipeline stages, stakeholders, next actions, and expected closure dates.
Track and report weekly on pipeline health, including accounts prospected, stakeholders engaged, pitches
