Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative at Zelvar Automation. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored automation solutions that address specific business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and closing new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with the technical team to align client requirements with solution design,



maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing ongoing communication to ensure a smooth handoff to implementation. The Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while representing Zelvar Automation’s services in a clear, consultative, and professional manner.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology services.
Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, solution presentation, and objection handling.
Ability to understand and explain AI, automation, and workflow optimization concepts in simple terms.
Competence with CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and structured pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear writing, and confident virtual presentation.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
