Manager -BD & Proposal leads business development and end-to-end proposal activities for EPC, EPCM, FEED, and technology licensing opportunities across the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors, coordinating technical and commercial teams to develop compliant, competitive proposals and drive order wins.

Functions:

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities across EPC, EPCM, FEED, and technology licensing projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, licensors, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Develop and maintain the business opportunity pipeline, monitor market trends, identify new prospects, and support market expansion across India, APAC, and the Middle East.
Lead client engagement, presentations, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and relationship management throughout the business development cycle.
