About the Role:
Pinnacle 360 is looking for a Performance Marketer who can run data-driven campaigns that scale ROI and acquire users. You'll work closely with the design and content teams to plan and execute campaigns across platforms.

Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google
•⁠ ⁠Track KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and report performance
•⁠ ⁠A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting
•⁠ ⁠Manage ad budgets for maximum ROI
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with design and content teams on campaign assets

What We're Looking For:
•⁠ ⁠0–2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
•⁠ ⁠Robust command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
•⁠ ⁠A portfolio or case studies that show measurable results
•⁠ ⁠Ownership mentality — you take a brief and run with it
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using AI and automation tools to sharpen your process
