* Build relationships with sourcing managers, purchase heads, R&D; teams, supply-chain leaders, and business development teams.
* Track opportunities from *initial inquiry → sample → qualification → commercial order → repeat business*.
* Monitor competitor pricing, new molecule development, patent expiries, and emerging pharmaceutical opportunities.
