Role Description This is a contract, on-site Client Relationship Management (CRM) role based in Mumbai. The CRM professional will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, monitoring service delivery, and tracking customer feedback and performance metrics.



The role involves maintaining accurate records of client communications, preparing status reports, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience. The CRM professional will also support the development of relationship-building initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsive service, follow-up, and consistent quality of interactions.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing presence.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, service metrics, and feedback, and to recommend improvements.
Experience in CRM tools or customer management systems and proficiency with common office productivity software.
