About Job Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, automation, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and executing email marketing campaigns and automated journeys.




Build and schedule email campaigns using platforms such as Mail Chimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Create and manage basic customer segments and audience lists.
Set up automated workflows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and promotional journeys.
Perform email QA checks for content, links, personalization, formatting, and rendering.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure emails are campaign-ready.
Monitor campaign performance including open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue.
Prepare basic campaign reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and automation workflows.
Troubleshoot basic campaign and automation issues and escalate technical issues when required
