About the Company
FIRKI is expanding its business across FMCG, HORECA, B2B, gifting and collaboration channels and is looking for dynamic, result-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team.
We are looking for individuals who can identify new business opportunities, acquire and manage clients, build solid relationships and contribute to business growth across assigned markets.

3. Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Locations: Chandigarh | Meerut | Agra | Ghaziabad
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and key accounts.
- Develop and manage HORECA accounts including cafés, restaurants, QSRs, bakeries,
cloud kitchens and other food businesses.
- Explore and develop opportunities in corporate gifting, events, weddings, conferences and brand collaborations.
- Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Negotiate with clients and convert leads into successful business partnerships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Acquire new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new sales channels, partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales reports, sales pipelines and regular updates on business performance.
