Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to work full-time in a remote capacity, collaborating directly with Varun to create high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, branding, and other creative requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating original social media creatives, designing Instagram Reels and short-form videos,



developing motion graphics, working on website UI/UX designs, editing videos, and creating branding and marketing assets.

The role requires someone who can create designs from scratch rather than relying on Canva, ready-made templates, or stock layouts. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and current digital design trends.

You will also be expected to understand creative briefs, work independently, handle multiple projects, take feedback positively, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design with a portfolio demonstrating creative, original, and professional work.
Experience creating social media creatives from scratch without relying on Canva or pre-designed templates.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion grap
