Showoffff Retail is looking for an experienced E-commerce Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Bangalore.

? Position: E-commerce Accountant

Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Bangalore – Showoff Retail
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Department: Finance & Accounts
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
• Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Reconcile marketplace transactions across Amazon, Myntra, Ajio and other online sales channels.
• Verify sales, returns, refunds, commissions and marketplace settlement reports.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding payments, where applicable.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Prepare GST workings and support statutory compliance.




• Handle TDS calculations and maintain compliance records.
• Prepare MIS, sales and financial reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with E-commerce, Operations and Finance teams to resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience in E-commerce Accounting & Marketplace Reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Payment Gateway Reconciliation such as Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, etc.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy or similar accounting software.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and MIS Reporting.
• Understanding of marketplace settlements, commissions, returns and refunds.
• Robust analytical skills
