Role Description This is a full-time, in office Quantity Surveyor Cost Estimator role based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for architectural and interior design projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and alignment with design intent. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project costs, updating cost plans, tracking variations, and preparing periodic cost reports for internal stakeholders and clients.



The Quantity Surveyor Cost Estimator will collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to support cost-effective decision-making and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle. The role also requires reviewing contractor quotations, supporting tender evaluations, and contributing to value engineering exercises.
