Who We’re Looking For

M.Sc or B.Sc in Organic Chemistry (M.Sc preferred)
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in analytical testing within a specialty chemical or pharmaceutical laboratory
Proven expertise in aroma and specialty chemical analysis (e.g., volatile/semi-volatile compounds, purity profiling)
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting key analytical instruments: GC, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, FTIR
Strong foundation in organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and structural elucidation
