- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to understand client goals, risk profiles, and drive portfolio discussions
- Regulatory and process discipline
- The candidate should obtain certification of the NISM – Investment Advisor – Level XA & XB
- Solid learning mindset and long-term aspiration to grow into a Wealth Manager , with good understanding of Indian equity and debt markets
- AUM to be greater than 10 cr
- Preferred Certification: The candidate should obtain certification of the NISM – Investment Advisor – Level XA & XB
