Role Description The Clinical Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting surgeons and healthcare teams in selecting and using OHT’s medical technologies.



This role involves conducting product demonstrations in operating rooms and clinical settings, assisting with technology evaluations, and providing procedural guidance to ensure optimal device usage. The Clinical Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and follow up with responsive after-sales service and technical support. Daily activities include coordinating training sessions, workshops, and CME-related programs, preparing clinical and technical documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital staff and decision-makers. The role requires regular visits to healthcare institutions, close alignment with internal product and sales teams, and a commitment to advancing surgical outcomes through effective technology
adoption.

Qualifications
