Role Overview

We are looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead product strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building scalable, reliable and customer-centric platforms that power commerce journeys across multiple channels and markets.

The role will own the product vision and roadmap across core commerce platforms, payment capabilities, integrations, and platform services, ensuring they are scalable, secure, resilient and designed to support evolving business needs.
You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, Security, Finance, Operations and senior business stakeholders to drive transformation from fragmented legacy ecosystems to contemporary, API-first and highly scalable platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with deep technical understanding, has experience operating at significant B2C scale, and can move seamlessly between long-term product strategy and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Platform & Payments Product Strategy
Define and own the product vision,



strategy and roadmap for Platform & Payments, aligned with overall business and commerce objectives.
Establish clear product outcomes and success metrics across conversion, payment success rate, customer experience, platform adoption, reliability, cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize complex platform and payment ecosystems.
Balance customer experience, business priorities, technical investments, regulatory requirements and operational considerations.
Build the Next-Generation Platform
Lead the evolution of platform capabilities from 0-to-1 and 1-to-100, creating reusable and scalable services that can power multiple products, channels and markets.
Drive the transformation from fragmented legacy environments toward a modern, unified, API-first and highly scalable architecture in partnership with Engineering and Architecture.
