We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Product Owner to support the growth and execution of our SMS offering within our CPaaS product portfolio.

You will work closely with the Product Manager, engineering, design, and delivery teams to translate business and market needs into actionable product requirements. Your role is central to ensuring that our SMS roadmap is implemented efficiently, with high quality, and in alignment with the global product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Execution & Delivery:

Translate product vision and high-level requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs.
Work with engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and timely delivery of product increments.
Manage the SMS product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized, refined, and aligned with business outcomes.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous alignment between technical teams and product goals.
Validate deliverables against business and technical acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality releases.





Stakeholder Collaboration:

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between engineering, QA, and cross-functional business teams.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
Support pre-sales and operations teams with product knowledge and technical clarifications when needed.
Ensure customer, carrier, and partner feedback is incorporated into product iterations.

Market & Technical Understanding:

Develop a solid understanding of SMS standards, GSMA specifications, and carrier-level integrations.
Stay informed about SMS trends, API developments, and platform capabilities to support informed product decisions.
Contribute to use case validation and functional design to ensure product-market fit.

Data & Continuous Improvement:

Monitor product performance metrics post-launch (e.g., delivery success rates, engagement, adoption).
