Key Responsibilities:





The Senior Consultant is expected to lead large scale/complex project(s) executing the following responsibilities:

Project Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project goals and develop a detailed roadmap, incorporating early design validations.
Requirements Analysis:
Lead energetic workshops and interviews to gather precise technical and functional requirements.
Apply user-centric design methodologies, such as empathy maps, persona creation, and user journey mapping, to deeply understand user interactions and needs.
Produce detailed user stories and process flows to communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and stakeholders.
Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for iterative feedback and solution refinement.
Formulate and test cases from design documents to cover all functionalities and conduct usability tests to confirm solution efficacy and user satisfaction.
