Qoruz is looking for a passionate and trend-savvy Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing to join our growing team. If you're excited about social media, creators, brand campaigns, and digital culture, this role will give you hands-on exposure to the fast-growing creator economy.
Training & Growth
Initial training period of 3–6 months Monthly stipend of ₹15,000 during the training period Based on performance, candidates will be promoted to the role of Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist with a CTC hike after successful completion of training What You'll Do
Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers across platforms Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns Coordinate with creators for content timelines, approvals, and deliverables Help track campaign performance and maintain reports Research social media trends, viral content,



and emerging creators Work closely with internal teams including strategy, content, and sales Maintain campaign data and creator databases What We're Looking For
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing Strong interest in social media, creators, and online trends Good communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of Instagram, You Tube, and Linked In ecosystems Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is a plus Why Join Qoruz?
