Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination support, and HR administration. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves collaborating with management to address workforce planning, supporting recruitment activities,



and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular coordination with project and office teams to support a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to manage core HR functions.
Experience in HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HR data maintenance.
