About the Role:
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Operations Interns to support our mystery audit projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to live client assignments and end-to-end operational workflows in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing mystery audit projects across multiple locations
Coordinate with auditors/shoppers for briefing, scheduling, and task completion
Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards
Review audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and documentation
Support in client deliverables and ensure timely submission of reports
Identify gaps or discrepancies and escalate as required

Requirements:




Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset
