We are looking for an experienced *Senior Accounts Executive* to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), MIS reporting, financial finalization, and export/import documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
* Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.
* Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor payments and reconciliations.
* Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), customer collections, and AR Aging Reports.
* Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and account scrutiny.
* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial finalization.
* Prepare financial statements and management reports.
* Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records.
* Maintain client and vendor master records and coordinate for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
* Handle export and import documentation and maintain statutory records.
* Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards.
* Work extensively on Tally ERP and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications
* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
* 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
* Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
* Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory Requirements
* Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
* Robust experience in MI
