About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Supply Chain team. The role will be responsible for managing the complete order cycle, coordinating with Sales, PPC, Logistics, Brokers, Distributors, and Customers, and ensuring timely order processing, dispatch, and closure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Order Management, MS Excel, MIS Reporting, Sales Coordination, and Logistics Coordination, along with solid follow-up and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
Manage the complete order process, from order punching in SAP to daily order status tracking.
Ensure all orders are properly monitored and there is no unnecessary order backlog at the end of the day.
Coordinate with Sales Managers, PPC, and Logistics teams for timely loading and dispatch.
Follow up with Sales Teams, Brokers,



and Distributors on open orders.
Ensure open orders are closed within the company's 7-day SLA.
2. Broker & Distributor Coordination
Act as the primary coordination point for Brokers and Distributors regarding orders, dispatches, and order-related queries.
Maintain regular communication to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer and distributor issues.
3. Logistics Coordination
Prepare and share the daily loading plan with the Logistics team.
Coordinate with Logistics for timely vehicle placement, loading, and dispatch.
Track dispatch status and follow up on delays or pending shipments.
Support the team in maintaining the required service level.
4. Pricing & Sales Tracking
Share daily pricing updates with Sales Teams and Brokers.
Communicate price revisions promptly to relevant stakeholders.
Track sales performance against targets and pricing.
