Our businesses operate in fire and water damage restoration, construction, insurance claims, and residential real estate investment. Our growing operations generate continuous legal activity involving contracts, insurance claims, mechanic's liens, litigation, and real estate transactions.
We are building a solid remote legal team in India to support our expanding US operations.
⚖️ The Role
We are hiring ONE exceptional,



ambitious, and energetic Legal Associate / Attorney to become an integral part of our legal operations.
You will work directly with company ownership and alongside experienced US attorneys, supporting matters involving:
Construction disputes and contracts
Insurance claims
Mechanic's liens and enforcement
Lawsuits and litigation support
Real estate matters
Training and exposure to relevant US legal procedures and business practices, particularly relating to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, will be provided.
We are looking for someone with excellent drafting skills, speed, ownership, persistence, and relentless follow-through.
? Key Responsibilities
Draft construction agreements, subcontractor agreements, change orders, and settlement agreements.
Draft complaints, demand letters, notices of default, and other legal submissions under the supervision of US attorneys.
