Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Associate / Customer Support Executive role based in Kolkata. The role involves handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about Orcrys platforms and services. Responsibilities include resolving issues, escalating complex cases to relevant teams,



and maintaining detailed records of interactions in the CRM system. The Process Associate / Customer Support Executive will collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to improve processes, ensure a smooth user experience, and support onboarding and basic training for new users. The role also includes following standard operating procedures, meeting service-level targets, and contributing to ongoing refinements in customer support workflows.
