ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central Account Manager who can independently manage Amazon seller accounts, drive account performance, identify growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with international clients. Experience working with international Amazon marketplaces such as Amazon US, UK, European, or other international marketplaces will be strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assigned Amazon seller accounts independently through Amazon Seller Central
• Handle product listings, catalogue optimization, keywords, A+ Content, and Brand Store
• Monitor inventory, pricing, Buy Box, account health, stranded/suppressed listings, and overall performance
• Analyze sales and marketplace metrics to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Conduct competitor, product, pricing, and market research and prepare performance reports/MIS
• Handle Amazon Seller Support cases and coordinate with PPC and internal teams to improve account performance




• Communicate with international clients regarding account performance, issues, recommendations, and deliverables

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Amazon Account Management, Marketplace Management, or E-commerce Operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and international Amazon marketplaces
• Strong knowledge of Amazon catalogue, inventory, pricing, Account Health, and Buy Box
• Working knowledge of Amazon PPC/Sponsored Ads is an added advantage
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in handling international clients and client calls
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounts, take ownership, and drive account performance
