We are seeking a versatile Manager to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, cost optimization, and strategic investments. Candidates holding CA, CS, CMA, or CFA credentials (or dual qualifications) are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Tax Compliance (CA): Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, direct/indirect tax filings, and statutory audits.
Corporate Governance & Law (CS): Ensure strict compliance with the Companies Act, handle ROC filings, maintain statutory registers, and manage board documentation.
Cost Control & MIS (CMA): Build cost-accounting models, track unit economics, manage operational budgets, and prepare executive MIS reports.
Strategic Finance & Valuation (CFA):



Perform financial modeling, business valuation, treasury management, and capital allocation analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
Credentials: Qualified CA, CS, CMA, or CFA (multi-credentialed candidates preferred).
Experience: 0–5 years in accounting, corporate secretarial law, FP&A;, or investment strategy (open to high-potential freshers).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of the Companies Act, statutory tax frameworks, advanced Excel/financial modeling, and standard ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho Books).
