About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive BohosVilla’s retail expansion by identifying, engaging, and onboarding franchise partners across India. The ideal candidate will have solid franchise sales or channel acquisition experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with investors, retailers, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Generate franchise leads through online, offline, referral,
and networking channels.
Identify and qualify prospective franchise partners based on business potential and investment capability.
Conduct discovery calls, franchise presentations, and business meetings.
Explain the BohosVilla franchise model, investment opportunity, brand proposition, and business potential.
Negotiate commercial terms and drive prospects through the franchise conversion funnel.
Coordinate documentation, commercial discussions, and franchise onboarding.
Work closely with marketing to generate and convert franchise enquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, retailers, brokers, and franchise consultants.
Identify suitable cities, markets, and locations for retail expansion.
Attend franchise exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
Maintain an updated CRM pipeline and prepare regular sales and expansion reports.
